She specialises in printmaking, painting and book illustration. She has participated in over 100 group exhibitions in Poland and abroad and organized over a dozen individual exhibitions.

The linocuts on the exhibition in GÜ-Gallery are part of a larger series titled Stones, which has been in progress since the summer of 2022 and includes both miniature graphics and large-format works.

In my graphics, I have been focusing on the sound of colour for years, its strenght derived from saturation, or conversely, from subtle nuances of combinations.

In Stones I essentially abandon anecdotes. Colour, encapsulated in simplified shapes, resonates even more powerfully. Colour is emotion. Sometimes it bursts with restlessness, and at other times, it contains itself in concentration.

„...You may get to know me, but you’ll never know me through.

My whole surface is turned toward you,

all my insides turned away (...)”
