We come from flowers is a tribute to home. When being away from one's home, feelings of missing that space might arise. What does there have that here does not? The mind seeks familiarity but is it simply a filling for the ever so present longing of home?

Aleta Betija Kuusk is a Latvian artist living in Estonia. After graduating the Latvian Art Academy in ceramics in 2025, she completed a three months internship at ARS Ceramics Centre. Equipped with curiosity in different mediums, she is only beginning to understand what is her place and role in art.
